Optical illusion right? When looking directly at an object, it doesn't move but the ones to the right do so, looking at the ones to the right, they stop moving and the ones you took your eyes off start moving.
I need more coffee!

I just looked at that image, now my next job on the work table is eyeballing the centering and alignment of plaque plates. LOL! >.<

Here's my question: What makes your eyes/mind decide which direction (CW or CCW) the circles should turn?
