I don't get that feeling. My instinct tells me they may be "computer-challenged." I still walk into many blue collar places to find they are using an ancient computer, no internet access and very limited computer skills. The employees that do have the computer skills, gained at home, and are begging for a newer computer to do their jobs.
Indiana Handle Company. That was the name in the ad. They are in Paoli, Indiana. The phone number I found in a phone directory is 812-723-3159.
I just received their email. They had mistyped the address. They don't have the pricing in an email format, so they will mail it to me. The attached photos included the same mugs as the ad - 1 mug w/handle (stein?), 1 coffee mug w/handle, 1 tumbler, other photos include a clock, a gavel and a wine bottle holder. The products look nice and have several colors of finish.
If I remember correct, I think they have a $250 minimum order, but will sell samples.
The subsidiary company is Classic Wood Products in Arizona www.classicwoodproducts.com

I spoke to the national account rep for Indiana Handle. He told me they only custom made the mugs in larger runs - 100 plus - He also gave me some pricing and they were very expensive. Their market goal is ASI type businesses. He promised me a box of samples of the things they did - wood mugs, cups, gavels and award baseball bats. That was in early Dec or late Nov. - thus far nothing. The sales rep is in Arizona the wood products are produced in southern IN - go figure.
Previously when I had seen them advertise I got no response from emails.
I think they are wasting there money advertising if they do not plan on a follow through.
