Hey does anybody know the font used for the Elks usa logo? I have to engrave it onto some badges and awards for a local chapter. I can vector out the jpg but thought it would be nice to just have the font to type in.
Thanks,
Shari

I do some Elks awards but never have used a true font just their graphics. I did email someone on the web site with a request for a better quality logo and he was quick and helpful.
Look on their website to see it you can find what you're looking for.

Paul,
Thanks for the link. Found one much better than the one I was sent. Will be much easier to work from.
Thanks again,
Shari

Shari, would you mind sharing where you found what you found? I may have need of it for the work I do for the Elks. Actually, I am an Elk and have been for over 11 years. I haven't been active for the last 4 other than paying dues and a few lodge visits but I do keep in touch with friends I made there and hope to do more business in the future.
Thanks

Jack,
I ended up just vectoring from a gif file. On Google I typed in Elks USA logo; then go to the images. It is the first one on the top left. Click on the picture. When it takes you to the page just click on the view image full size at top. It's a nice large logo. Then I traced and did some cleaning up on it. I am doing some (38) 4.5" chili shaped badges with name, title, year, lodge #, and little elk logo for the group here. I just cut them out of red/white rowmark and engrave the rest. Thought I would do a sample bookmark for them as well. I have lots of ideas, but finding the time to make them up is another story.
Shari
