Just to clarify...

- no complaints about the "no hosted bar", just the $6.00 price of a beer. I fully expected to pay my own way. You had nothing to do with the beer prices. I just think they got to us a bit. But it's Vegas, so why am I surprised?

- again, the munchies were fine but went quickly...like in the first 30 minutes. I just think we can negotiate something better IF we have something to offer....like an even bigger crowd.

Like I said...it was a great start. BTW, IMHO, let's not call this Beach Party "II". As you know Beach Party I was a DSSI function. Let's keep it that way.

I had thought that was me. I did not realize someone else had volunteered to do so. Apparently I have let you down. Sorry. Next year I won't bother.

Chuck,

You're obviously a fun-loving person and a good sport.

I've very rarely jumped in on the "Give Chuck the Business" posts, because I realize there's a limit to how much a good sport can take, no matter how much in jest.

You single-handedly brought the Beach Party to those who couldn't attend and fond memories to those who did.

Hey, dude! Glad you and the Kat got back "down" in one piece. How was the trip to the "Big City"? Tell us about it and show us pics.

It had to be REALY weird to see this disheveled hippy in Vegas (we call him Harvey) ;-) , and then, barely off the plane in NYC, you get somewhere near Philly and see him again. Yikes!!! It's enough to start drinking Foster's.
