If you don't like what mommy says, go ask daddy! :S

If you don't like what daddy says, go ask grandma! (devil)

Jeanette,

Kalan will be a teenager in a few months, and I'll probably pull all my hair out by then.

We might need to call you for some advice...

Cody,

You're confused. :S  Jeanette isn't old enough to have a child in their teens.

1. The customer is always right

2. When the customer is wrong

Refer to number 1.

David,

You're right on both counts: I'm confused AND she's not old enough.

I think the kids are adopted...they may even be her younger siblings, and she just CONSIDERS them her children.

Peter,

That's a bold assertion to make on this forum. We've had several threads that I know of that seem to PROVE that the customer isn't always right.

You might want to do a search for "customer isn't always right" or something similar. I think that was the actual thread title, but I'm not positive.

Peter,
I prefer the one, the customer is always wrong, I just let him think he's right.

Did you ever notice that the customer's correctness is directly proportionate to the size of their budget? ;-)

Two things I have learned...

Ignorance is bliss
Patience a virtue

Life's pretty darn good if you're stupid and don't mind waitin' around.....

the other is, when a customer asks if you CAN do something...the answer is always "yes"...you can figure out HOW later on....
