You're right on both counts: I'm confused AND she's not old enough.
I think the kids are adopted...they may even be her younger siblings, and she just CONSIDERS them her children.

That's a bold assertion to make on this forum. We've had several threads that I know of that seem to PROVE that the customer isn't always right.
You might want to do a search for "customer isn't always right" or something similar. I think that was the actual thread title, but I'm not positive.

Life's pretty darn good if you're stupid and don't mind waitin' around.....
the other is, when a customer asks if you CAN do something...the answer is always "yes"...you can figure out HOW later on....
