Why spend $300 when it's all available here:
http://www.access-board.gov this is all the laws and new proposals. Signs are section 7.
http://www.signindustry.com/ada/articles.php3 Various articles on the subject of materials, laws, etc.
This should keep anyone interested in ADA busy for a few days.
Or just do a search on ada signs if you want more reading material.

You can get the latest laws and regs at the websites you have listed, but it is in legal jargon and sometimes difficult to navagate. The ADA signage manual has been written so that it can be easily understood in plain english.
"How to Create Great-Looking Interior Signage" is not just a manual for the laws and regualtions for the signage industry. It also includes 30 years of expertise in the signage industry. Fabrication techniques, installation tips, marketing strategies, wayfinding & design, and installation templates for specifications on bid documents are just a few chapters that are also included in the ADA manual.

What ever. Actually you can find the information from other manufactures in less than 5 minutes using a search engine, and they don't charge for it.
As you can tell, I'm not a fan of your comapny. When you started competing and taking away customers from your license holders by offering wholesale pricing to anyone, I felt that was over the line.
