Anyone had any experiences with Discount Trophy Company? I've made two orders through them and both had problems. First order, they sent the wrong item and on top of that, they split my order out of two different warehouses so I had to pay twice the shipping. Funny, because the shipping was more than the part that came out of the warehouse. They did fix it and sent me the right part for free, but what a hassle. The second order, we placed it last Friday and they told us it would go out Monday (latest). Well, we called today to check on it (Thursday) and it hadn't even shipped yet! No reason given...To compensate they gave me about $20 off my order...but not really worth it since I had a customer waiting for this product...Anyone else have better experiences with DTC?

Unfortunately this version of forum software does not allow a search for three letters or less.
I do remember a discussion about problems. I will let Wifey chime in on our experiences with them. As I remember almost all good, but then again she does all of the ordering.
