Over the years I've had pretty good luck with this company. After reading all the poor reviews about multiple warehouse shipments I have finally experienced this myself.
My order was shipped from 3 warehouses and one of the invoices was for $10 with a $7 shipping charge added on. Part of the order was for 12 pieces of a music note figure. 4 of the pieces were defective and when I called Marco they said they were too busy to send them out that same day. I thought, okay, I will still have them to replace to the customer before school was out. I called Marco today and they have not been shipped as yet.....bummer.
I guess it might be time to tell them I don't need their poor customer service anymore. If they would've just done what they said they would do I wouldn't have too much of a problem other than multiple warehouses.
