Maybe the idea of fellow engravers helping their "kin" isn't newsworthy. :-)
I was duly impressed with your ambitious undertaking. More than I would personally want to take on.
Then again, that's the difference between a home-based business and one that breaks the million dollar mark, in annual sales.
The article mentioned a possible name change for your business. Any news on that front?

At this point, no. We finally see the light at the end of the tunnel of busy season after two employees quit right at the beginning. Between the other engraver and I, we have been cranking out between thirty and fifty jobs per day for the last four weeks. After we dig out and get the shop cleaned up again I'll be able to focus on the higher level issues facing the business.
But the good news is that I now know how to engrave almost anything in the shop.

Josh,
I think we all understand your position, regarding the busy season. It's definitely been a grind.
Always is, if we're lucky. :-)
If a business is successful, sometimes a name change isn't necessary, although I can understand why you want to convey the bigger picture of what you do, in your business name.
You have an extremely diverse operation. Impressive.
