According to Tom:
"If your product has some emotional attachment to your customer, then the sale is 70% complete."

Lasers and Entrepreneurs:
The many possibilities for profit.
The possibilities are all around you, seems to be the moral of the story. :-)

"Laser Pricing and Marketing" is the title of the article, which gives real-world guidelines for pricing.
A very good article; but what may be even more interesting, will be Tom's upcoming articles, which will chronicle the progress of a new laser owner, who will be taken "under Tom's wing" in the development of a line of products and ongoing business relationships.
Stay tuned. :-)

I wish I could give away some details, but in all my life I have never run into such a sales call dilemma. A twist to a sales call that no one could have predicted or would have thought to predict about the buyer. (Space & Rocket Center)
In business you prepare for everything you think! We came up with at least 12 new products, I know they would love! I haven't figured out how to write about this yet.
On my way back up to Huntsville on Wednesday to hopefully create more customers for Jack & Jill.
This should be interesting. Unfortunately because of the time delay this article will not come out until April.
Maybe after a drink or two I might give away some details at the Beach Party :-&

We're not above plying you with alcohol, to gain some inside info. (devil)
This is promising to be an interesting series of articles.
I also notice you'll be joining the entire NBM show circuit this year, as a speaker. One more good reason for people to attend. :-)

Buzz's goal, is to help a newbie laser owner and his wife, create a product line and pay off their equipment as soon as possible.
You don't have to be a newbie to appreciate that advice. :-)
Also, be sure to visit Buzz, as he becomes a speaker on this year's NBM trade show circuit.
