Yes, that's true, but with Uncle Loren and Aunt Enna, it never seems to end...
Apparently she was busted for performing her "catwalk"...she's asked to be tried before a jury of her "piers"...
(is it high tide in here? :-) )

Have you noticed how everyone is beginning to "pylon" ?

David,
Seems to me I read that somewhere in a "column"....

Had you gotten a quote on repairing the spelling error on the cast sign before you scrapped it? I have never had this done, but I have been told by manufacturers that spelling errors can be ground down and recast. In many cases it is probably less expensive to just buy a new sign, but if this was a large sign, it possibly could have saved some money.
Sorry I'm so late in replying----been very busy!
Yes I did get a quote to repair this and have had plaques with small errors fixed for a reasonable cost. This one was not possible due to the fact that it had columns of names on them and they were laid out to be justified and the change would have made it off center. Also, the background was a custom color and adding paint later was assumed they could not get an exact rematch on the same plaque.

I suppose they're trying to "cement" their relationship with the other forum members.
I'd say it's a "concrete" plan.

I don't know if it's a concrete plan, but it's certainly "mortar" their liking...
I guess it stems from Uncle Loren's parents...he was born in the spring so he was a "May son"....
B-)

I hope they provided him with a soft, terry cloth "trowel."

Indeed they did...and they were able to use it later when they got the dog "spade".....

Maybe a "block" party is in order.

I'll let Steve explain that one. It goes waaayyy back to the "Pun Zone" era of the DSSI forum.
Basically, the "Pun Zone" was started to keep Steve and I (and others) from disrupting serious threads, with our antics.
Kind of like this one. :-)

Dee,
You're right. You had to be there...and we were. :-)
Unless there has been another red hot topic, the DSSI thread with the most posts, is/was in the Pun Zone.

As David mentioned, poor old Uncle Loren surfaced amidst the fun and frolic in the old Pun Zone days....and Aunt Enna came soon after ( a cigar to Mr. Jones...she did pop up during the 'car' portion! :-) )
For some reason, they managed to stick around as the crazy aunt and uncle that many of us have and have since had a plethora of jobs, other looney friends and family, and many eventful happenings in their life....it just became a way of keeping everything "relative"...
I guess you did have to be there....apparently Uncle Steve was...he was the first to bring the old dear up! :-)

I've never been one for burglarizing canines, but maybe we can get an "aggregate" opinion.
