Company is A.N.A. International, Union NJ

Short version
1 Saw at a show placed an order for 8 pieces
2. Received 4 pieces but they charged my cc for 8
3. All 4 pieces had manufacturing defects - they were not 1st quality
4. Suddenly couldn't speak English when I called
5. "Uncle Steve" & I go to their office
6. They agreed they shipped wrong quantity
7. Showed us the last 4 pieces they had in stock - still poor quality
8. Didn't want to give a refund because "it isn't their fault the factory in China shipped poor quality"
9. After I yelled a lot they agreed to credit my cc
10. REFUSED to refund the freight because it is not their fault I am "hard to please"
11. We left with no credit because I refused a partial credit
12. I will take it up with cc company

A word to the wise is sufficient

I just hate it when people insult you like that. They really do not care about quality. Doesn't sound like they will be around for long.
Too bad. All they are looking for is the almighty buck.

Glad the buck stopped there.
I hope the CC can stop it also.
Good Luck,
Barbara

Their handbags and 3D posters of Harry Potter and Marvel Comic heros looked good, though.

Didn't see any licensing tag or info.... Why am I not surprised? (devil)

Lesson Learned!! (the hard way)
Too bad that people just can't be honest.
Hey, if I took a ride up to your area to see you guys in action, would that be a problem for you.
I don't want you to think I'm a snoop or anything, I would just like to see someone else take on the same stuff that I am doing here.

I have been a hairdresser my whole like, and this is a new career for me, and I just want to make sure, I am doing things right.

Let me know if it's ok with you and Dee.
Barb

Thanks for the tip. I haven't heard of them before but hopefully I'll remember their name. Have a great day.

You are very welcome to visit.

The store and kiosk are in Jersey Gardens Mall, in Elizabeth NJ right near the Newark Airport.

The store number is 1062, and it is called Accent on Engraving, strangely enough.

Steve is a friend who drops by occasionally to break the boredom.
