Dave,

It's not for everyone's "palette" but I "felt" it was necessary.

David,

What a "stroke" of good fortune...at least for some!

As Uncle Loren says...."Oil" be back!

Steve,

My wife says, someday her "prints" will come.

Until then, I'll "hang" around.

Now that's a "poor trait" to have... :-)

You know Uncle Loren once tried going to art school...he wanted to learn to paint in a modern style....

Unfortunately he was unable to go...he was too "Baroque"...

Steve,

I've always seen Loren as a "Renaissance" man and a person who takes "auction."

He should do "fine."

David,

I'm sure Uncle Loren will be fine, he's been sitting around reminiscing about the old days, though the details are "sketchy", when he used to make moonshine...

Aunt Enna says it paints a pretty poor picture of him but he says he still prefers the "still life"....

>.<

Steve,

I've heard about that moonshine.

Pretty potent, although it's "water color."

It might look like water, but it does "pose" a health risk...especially to the dental areas....

Uncle Loren's grandpa says that's why he needs "motif" :-)

Steve,

If nothing else, the moonshine should put Loren in a good "frame" of mind.

The art could be shown with " white lighting" to enhance the look.

David,

Uncle Loren's happy as he starts his new job at the Color factory today...

He had to leave real early so in order to get him up in time, Aunt Enna had to loudly bang the kitchen cookware over him....

He says there's nothing like waking up to "pan tones"...

Well, I guess Uncle Loren's new job is going well, he's already named his first color....

It's very light and pale and he decided to call it Mnop. When I asked him how he came up with that, he said it was easy...it was "past L".... >.<

OUCH! Now THAT deserves a "time out"!

Go to your corner and don't come out until you are ready to apologize!

Banging kitchen cookware over him - lucky she did not hit him with it - but then again maybe she does not suffer from "PMS"

You're right...I'm sorry, that was bad! I was up late last night watching Hefner on TV......I guess I could just blame it all on "Hue"....

Well apprently she doesn't suffer from PMS...at least it's not in her "profile".... :-)

Steve,

Wouldn't you like to have as much "Monet" as Hef?

David,

Indeed I would....then I might be able to afford enough gas to make my "Van Gogh"....

That should "fuel" up a new conversation.

Joe,

Are you saying the art topic ran out of "gas?"
