If you have a problem with a company you are allowed to state what the problem has been.

A blanket statement without the underlying problem is not allowed. We do not just slam anyone or any company here.

Bobby,

It would be better for you to simply state the facts of your experience, rather than make a blanket statement with no additional information.

By stating the facts, you are more protected from any legal backlash and it allows fellow members to make their judgement from the facts and have a better understanding of the issue(s)..

I have and still use Logofax...product wise I have no complaints. They def. try to sell their product... however on my last purchase I had a problem with one of their CD's and had it replaced very quickly. I have never had a rude person from Logofax, I have had an intense sales person..

just one guys thoughts
