Holly, I might have a solution for you. IF you want to PM me, I will let you know. It involves a 3 stage filtration system with a blower on it. Nice and quiet, and the neighbors probably won't smell anything. (I would use it here, but I don't want to make my neighbors that comfy!.

I agree - it's great to hear the different site configurations people are using out there!

I just sent you a PM! My husband is home and wants to hear what you've got!

Mike, how does this threat relate to a Versa Laser 30 watt. I also have a Penn State 1 1/2 hp. blower. Is that over kill? Can I get a smaller, quieter blower?

Tom,

I am not sure what you mean by "Threat" we use this brand and they are very quiet when all connected.

As it has been mentioned more is better when it comes to exhaust. I could never understand why people spend 20K on a laser system and then did not want to get the proper exhaust set-up.

Mike,

They are made by Delta. You can get the same unit at Lowes under the Delta name for $119.95. I use a couple for my wood working equipment.
