BTW-
I don't see what type of equipment your using in your profile. That would help with answers!
Do you have rotary equipment, manual or computerized, and what size table?

Jim,
I do a lot of legend plates and tags for electrical panels. I charge $3.00 for 22.5mm legends and $3.50 for 30mm. The Jumbo's go for $4.50. Tags run anywhere from $1.50 up to $10.00 for a 4 x 8.
I use Romark from Johnson Plastics with the adhesive already applied. I start with a 24" 24" sheet and engrave first. Then cut the inner circle and then cut the outside. I space my tags .25mm apart. You can do them against each other, but I find that the finish on the adjacent tag suffers some.
I cover the Romark with transfer tape. Now the hard part. Weeding the tape off.
By the way, most on the forums say to remove the protective plastic before putting on the tape. I have never remove it and have never had any kind of problem related to it.
Peel the tape and let them sit over night and the "sticky" is gone. If you're pushed you can remove the sticky with most any cleaner.
Good luck.

Jim,
Legend plates and full panel layouts is 95% of our work.
Prices are $3.00 for standard plastic legends (any color) that we cut in house either with laser or rotary if beveled edge is requested.
Aluminum we buy ready made but not from electrical distributors,
they are to costly. I am sure you can get them from RONP.
Aluminum legends we charge $3.50 standard, jumbo once 4.50
I have found supplier for 22.5 MM legends black laser aluminum for $0.55each on 100 piece quantity.
Tony
