Full Version: Photo help - Corian

I'm getting ready to put some photos on Corian shapes.

My question is: What settings would you use for this? I don't have extra pieces, and I don't want to make SCRAP.

I'm using a 35W Epilog 24TT, with PhotoGrav.

Thanks!

Cody,

Unless all sides of the piece will be imaged, you should be able to run a test in an area that won't be seen on the finished product.

I did a test run on a piece that I had laying around. I used the settings that Epilog recommends for my machine, and the pic turned out fine.

The only issue will be with contrast. I tried your patented painting tool, but there just wasn't enough depth to the contrast.

I don't know that I want to spend the time required to find the right PhotoPaint settings to make the end result look good....probably not enough market here for that.

Thanks anyway, sir!

Cody,

If there's not enough depth to "flood-fill" the image, Rub 'N Buff comes in a variety of colors and should work very well.
