Hi there. Hopefully someone can help me.
I have tried every method I know to obtain a catalog and price list from these folks, email(s), phone call(s), and even snail mail. While I'm promised the same in a email, it never comes.
If anyone has their current price list and catalog, I would sure appreciate it if they would email it to me. I'm hoping if I put an order together and call them with it and payment that I will actually get some product I'm needing.

thank you in advance
Doug

You're much nicer than I would ever be! :S (That's a reflection on me -- not you)!
Have you tried to go straight to the top and ask for Barry Stewart? Any emails I try to send him get picked up by someone in the office but maybe a phone call to him would light a fire?

I have a one-page mailer (from about 10 years ago) from them. Nothing more current than that. Sorry.

Doug,
I emailed the catalog and price list. Let me know if you don't get it.
I don't know why you are having so much trouble. I called them two or three weeks ago and they promptly emailed me the catalog and price list and offered to send a paper copy which I turned down. So I found them to be very responsive.
Hopefully, I you do buy something from them you have better luck getting it than you are having getting information.

Bill, I did indeed receive your email, and I thank you.
The only thing I can think of is the similarities of my company name, Lavivrus Woodworking vs Lavivrus Engraving...they may very well consider me a competitor rather than a customer....even though I explained this to Mary in a telephone conversation.
Ah, well, Now I can put together my order and I don't have to journey to Mick's! Sorry Mick, you will have to wait a little longer for my next visit!
