Thank you Bill, I will be calling you.........I can make the seals here as well.
It's a CPA...he does not need the paper, he fills the binder himself.....price will be a factor....and out in the middle of the ocean, well, it gets expensive......because of freight...
BUT, who know. I'll be calling you tomorrow. Thanks for the help

Then if that is the case look into a pad printer or a used hot stamping machine
or cut gold foil using your laser for a decal.. I have even seen some companies just use View binders sold at any office supply house.. and put in a decorative ivory or fancy paper printed from a computer printer..
and yes view binders come with the binding side having a slip in opening

The hot stamp won't work because of the rings... possibly a pad printer, but I know nothing about pad printing.......
I'll talk to you in the morning.....any particular time better than another?

Dude - use laser foil instead of vinyl - that way you can do it in house on demand. Laser foil is just polyester instead of vinyl.

Laser foil needs to be applied FIRST correct? I will have to find binders that have a smooth surface......
Thanks Joe

You should test vinyl or the foil on the binders to make sure you have a surface that they will adhere to well.
If I were doing it with foil I would place it on my multi-mat then cut, weed away the part I do not need, put transfer paper over the letters, turn it over take away the backer to expose the adhesive back, stick on the binder, squeegee down - peel off transfer paper.
TA-DA.
If you do not have a muti-mat use cardboard & some masking tape to hold down the edges of your foil - having the cardboard allows you to take it out of the laser to put the transfer paper on - Got It???
Order multi-mat from Jeanette.

You never called me... liar liar pants on fire.. lol..
Here is a link to Sterling .. they have a custom case that holds the embosser and ... look closely.. the attach a brass plate to the edge of the binger.. an engraved plate.. something you can do.. and there engraved plate looks like crap single line font of the actual corporate seal...
Go to a good office supply store.. not staples etc.. there has got to be good store for office supplies on the island.. that deals with.. Emco, United Stationers, Boise Cascade, or SP Richards.. all large wholesalers of all the major lines of binders.. and if you can't find one.. Contact Cardinal Biinder Company.. if you cant find them. I can get a number at work on monday..
http://www.sterling.ca/attache.html We use them for certain customers.. fast service.. but I am really just showing you the idea for a brass plate.. attached to the edge of the binder

I found this site for corporate binders through the thomas registery.
They have exactly what I need....I could even get them flat so I could hot stamp them if need be, but I have since found out my customer would be happy with an insert.....so that is probably what I will do.....
Thank you to every one for your help.
