Engraving Etc. is offered "AS IS" and does not warrant that functions contained in the website content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that Engraving Etc. or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

Age. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA) users must be over 13 years of age.

Registration Information. Registration to Engraving Etc. requires that each member supply their actual first and last name as well as an active email address. Each member must provide true, accurate and current information and promptly update said information as necessary.

Email Harvesting. Engraving Etc.'s ONLY reason to have its member's email addresses is to send forum-related announcements and/or to contact members to enforce its Terms of Service. Anyone found to be harvesting email addresses from member profiles, for any reason, will be expelled.

Ownership of Content. The submitting user and Engraving Etc. share ownership of the content. None of the content on this site can be disseminated elsewhere, without express permission.

Viruses. If you knowingly send or infect Engraving Etc. with a virus, Trojan horse, worm, etc. we retain the right at our sole discretion to pursue you for all legal fees (including its own and those of any third party), damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of your actions.

Liability. Engraving Etc. accepts no liability with respect to the content of any third party material appearing on the website or with regard to the content of any other website to which the website may be linked from time to time. We make no warranty with respect to the contents of this website and accept no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever and however arising, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of access to and use of this website including, without limitation, acting or failing to act in reliance on any information contained herein.

Indemnity. You understand that you are personally responsible for your behavior while on the website, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Engraving Etc., any associated companies, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense of any kind (including legal fees and costs) that they may incur in connection with a third party claim or otherwise, in relation to your use of the website, access to the website, your violation of either these Terms or the rights of any third party, disclosure of membership passwords and any other matter in connection with your participation in the services on the website.

Termination. Upon finding a member in breach of the Terms of Service, Engraving Etc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately and without notice, suspend or terminate subscriptions or the ability to access Engraving Etc. and/or any service provided by Engraving Etc.

Any membership fees paid on a banned, suspended or discontinued account will not be refunded under any circumstances. Correspondence will not be entered into and our decision is final.

If your subscription(s) with or the ability to access Engraving Etc. and/or any service provided to you is discontinued, due to a violation of any portion of these Terms of Service, or for conduct inappropriate for the community, you agree not to attempt to re-register with, or access Engraving Etc., and/or any service provided by Engraving Etc., through use of a different member name or otherwise.

Applicable Law. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. By registering for or entering Engraving Etc., you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in California.

Topics of conversation are primarily business-related, although a "Topic of Your Choice" folder is available for non-business-related discussions.

Civil discussion of World Events, (since policies can and do affect our businesses), is allowed, though given the potential for volatility, an opt-in "World Events" folder is available, through your specific request. Contact a moderator to gain that access.
