The attendance was great! The comaraderie was great! And the photos were terrific. Better than expected.<br /> <br /> Next year, we just need to improve on the planning. Door prizes, games, sponsorship, better food, multiple cameras and photographers, etc.<br /> <br /> The location is excellent. Directly across the street from the Convention Center. And the private room is plenty spacious enough for an even larger crowd.<br /> <br /> But $6.00 per beer on top of the price of entry? If we had gone with a hosted bar, the "non-drinkers" would have been subsidizing the "drinkers" at a cost of roughly twice the $18 fee.</p> <p>I'm all for the better food option. I fully expected to pay my own way. You had nothing to do with the beer prices. I just think they got to us a bit. But it's Vegas, so why am I surprised?<br /> <br /> - again, the munchies were fine but went quickly...like in the first 30 minutes. I just think we can negotiate something better IF we have something to offer....like an even bigger crowd.<br /> <br /> Like I said...it was a great start. BTW, IMHO, let's <u>not</u> call this Beach Party "<font color="#FF0000">II</font>". As you know Beach Party I was a DSSI function.
