Must of been a very old post. When the name change was made the original database was lost and so was the EEF posts. I don't think his credentials matter here and he didn't have to respond if he did not want to. It is not about him......it is their for the members to help each other and for new and future laser engraver owners to find answers. I am thankful for this site because when I first purchased my laser engraver I found alot of answers here that I did not get from my rep. (MIA) but I will not be hanging around when it goes to a pay site.
