Randy went to install a laser for us a couple of years ago on Kauai. Standard Engraving Concepts uniform, in those days, was white dress shirt & tie. (Still is, but I'm getting daddy to relax the rules a little these days -- he, occasionally, wears Engraving Concepts golf shirts).<br /> <br /> We received a "complaint" from the customer (tongue-in-cheek) about a week later. Seems that when he & Randy went to lunch, the rumor mill started up.
