Okay guys and Gals
I'm going to plead a little ignorance here.
Please explain the difference between cast and extruded acrylic.
The acrylics as shown in the journals and books what are they?

Extruded is a continuous sheet from an extrustion machine and cut to size, cast is poured and formed in a mold under high pressure. This is a simplified explaination but you get the idea.

Johnny,
Cast acrylic, is what's typically used in the production of the acrylic awards you've seen in the trade magazines etc.
