That is the included angle of each segment. Draw a 10" circle with a 5" vertical line extending from the center to the top. Change the centerpoint of the vertical line to the same center point as the circle, then go to ARRANGE-TRANSFORMATIONS-ROTATE Tab. Enter the angle (27.692), click "apply to duplicate" several times.
