I always convert text to curves, if applicable, and send them an eps and a jpg version. The bitmapped jpg image assures me that they will at least have one image that can't be mis-translated. Some companies will also require you to fax a hard copy of the image as well. We went down to Kansas City for a nice dinner and to enjoy the Country Club Plaza lighting ceremony as we do every year. It is a site to be seen. This is the 77th year of the Plaza lighting.
