For "starters",you may be trying to get a "rise" out of a lot of people..but the only thing I think your "raisin" is your "knead" to pun. You MUST be a "gluten" for punishment....
This thread has gotten too "floury" for me...I've decided to "bag-uette"
I'm out..

Becky,
I'm happy to see your puns, but don't "fritter" your time away.

David,
I suppose to understand this thread, it takes a "rye" sense of humor....

Steve,
I think that's true. Becky was so good, for a newcomer to the pun zone, I thought I should "toaster."

"Doughnut" seem odd that some people can't imagine a "cruller" form of punishment than having to read puns?

Yes it is only the upper crust of this group that really gets a rise out of this many buns...I mean puns.

Oh jeez - isn't this thread getting 'stale' by now? I think you've all broken the 'mold' of the typical engraver with all this punnyness.
Now let's all do lunch and break bread together B-)
(Now don't make me break out my Kip Addotta lyrics!)

Are you trying to 'butter' up the members, or just 'slicing' through the 'flour'y language posted here.

It's true. Some of us might deserve time in "leaven"worth.

It's time to "sift" through all of this. The humor has clearly "ground" to a halt. The is not one "whole-grain" of funny left here. Just your run of the "mill" jokes...Maybe someone else could "stir" some life back into this thread....
As for me, I have decided to "popover" to another thread.LOL

HI Becky,
Uncle Loren did have the perfect story for this thread about some bread he got while travelling in Germany, but now he can't....
Apparently it was "Stollen".....

Yeah, Uncle Loren is feeling the same way. He had wanted to find a way to make tiles in the shape of bread, but wanted them glazed.
He couldn't find a way so he had to settle on a "bisque kit"....
Guess that does about wrap it up...have a great Christmas! ;-)

Arrrrrrghhhhh!
I almost always have a pun to add to any conversation but these threads seem to always leave me unable to "rise" to the occasion.
