John,
Thank you. It will be awhile before I get any great shots....lots to learn on this camera. Not you average point and shoot that is for sure. BUT I DID get ONE great one of my dalmation of Christmas day. I'll post that after I tweak it a bit.
Thank you again.

David,
Thank you for the birthday wishes. Yes, I am sure I will try and get a photo or two while Rodney is here. If I do and they are any good I'll post a few. HEY! Perhaps I can get Rodney to show me a trick or two if he has time. HEHEH ( insert laugh here)
Thanks again David and Happy New Year!

WOW! Can you REALLY brand Ahi with the laser? Do ya do it before or after you cook it? Sounds like it's patent time!!!!!!

It's a long and complicated process requiring many levels of different settings.
We could tell you, but then we'd have to kill you.

You mean your laser doesn't have a power setting for "sear".

Sear? It doesn't even have "rare" "medium" and "well done" !! :/
It DOES, however, have chop, grind and slice..... ;-)

Mine slices and dices. (hmmm... did I buy a laser, or a Veg-a-matic?)
