Making outline of clipart - Engraving Etc. Forum

I'm using coreldraw 12. Is there a simple way to get this without drawing it by hand. I got as far a turning the whole object white and making the hairline outline black. I then made it 104% the size. I had to bring out a couple of corners so when I picked the shape tool and clicked on the object the outline showed 272 different nodes. <br /> I couldn't figure out how to bring the node total down to a couple without clicking and deleting them one by one. When I picked select all nodes and delete the whole object disappeared. The bottom bar is the property bar for node editing. The last item is curve smoothness.
