I talked to my distributor just yesterday about this and he said it could be tickle adjustment or some dip-switch settings incorrect. I do appreciate your help and most likely will need your guidance to determin exact cause of problem. In case you need more information I can tell you that system is running with windows XP and print driver V1.07E. What is most up to date driver for V-400 machine?
